Exchanges are applicable for defective or damaged goods (if applicable).
All our products are properly checked before shipping. In case you receive a defective or damaged product, you have to inform us within 2 hours from the time of receiving the product, then only we shall exchange it for you.
If such incidents occur, call us at +255 717786786 or send an email to sales@trix.co.tz informing us about the problem immediately and then send it to us.
We will not entertain any requests for returns or exchanges of the shipment after 2 hours of receiving it.
Once we receive your item, we shall inform you accordingly after verifying it and having your exchanged item shipped back at no extra cost.
